We want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted copperware. If your mugs are not the perfect fit for your home bar, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully wrap the copper mugs in their original protective packaging and include all accessories to ensure they remain scratch-free during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality team inspects the returned copperware, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
